Scotch Naturals Paisley Martini Swatches, Review, Photos

Scotch Naturals Paisley Martini Swatches, Review, PhotosI am not going to lie, I was totally tempted to name this post Mani Monday but I’m truly a creature of habit so, boring and mundane it is I guess! But seriously, how cute are the names of Scotch Naturals nail polishes? This one just might be my favorite one so far but I’m sure that will change as soon as I acquire more because the names are all so very cute. But since summer will be sadly ending soon (leave it to me to remind you) I wanted to introduce you to a bright and summery shade that is bound to lift your mood on any given day so definitely keep scrolling for the review and the swatches.

Scotch Naturals Paisley Martini is described as a “not quite neon fuschia creme “. I would describe this nail polish as a really fun hot pink shade that is super feminine yet not too flamboyant. When I say flamboyant I mean it is not too out there meaning I can wear it to work without it feeling like I forgot my disco ball and glow lights at home. It is not too bright or neon-like, yet it is still a very pretty and vibrant feminine pink. And everyone needs something like this in their collection to jazz things up right? I think so.

Scotch Naturals Paisley Martini gets semi opaque with 3 coats of polish and after this I can still see through to my nail line quite a bit. Neither of the coats applied streaky and the thin consistency of Scotch Naturals nail polishes make for such super easy application. Also, like all of Scotch Naturals polishes this dried super fast in between coats and the use of their top coat gives a nice and glossy finish to the polish that is always a must for me.

I typically get 5-6 days of wear on my fingernails with their polishes while exhibiting minor tip wear within 2-3 days.

But what do you think about this color? Yay or nay? Would you rock it? Let me know in the comment section below!

Ingredients: water, acrylic polymer emulsion, +/- CI15850, CI77492, CI77499, CI77289, CI77891, and/or mica

What a pretty color! I just ordered my first Scotch polish in Balmoral Punch, I can’t wait to try it out.

Hey Jenny, I just googled Balmoral Punch and it is sooo me, I’m definitely going to be getting that one next. I absolutely love red nail polish so have fun with it :) I hope you love it!

Your mani’s always look great! When I do my own nails (rarely) they come out looking like a hot mess, haha. Love this bright color and glad you’re back to posting. It would look good even in the fall with a dark jean/sweater and boots.

    • Audreiana says:

Aw thanks Inga! I definitely think the Scotch Naturals formula might have something to do with the fact that their polishes never end up all over my cuticles like it tends to happen with other super thick ones. And I just envisioned how cute this polish would look in Fall exactly the way you described it and I would totally wear it that way! Thanks for your comment :)

    Hi Randi,

I do like Scotch Naturals, however I do find that the polish chips in about a day or two max :(
How are you doing your application as I have tried multiple methods but none seem to work….?

I also find removing it to be a bit of a pain, so my work around has been to just lightly scrape it off in the shower or put my nails in really warm water for a bit and then scrape.
    - What have you found?

I do have to say though the biggest plus is that you can pain your nails ANY colour & they won’t get stained when you remove it! This aspect I absolutely love!

    :)

So sorry I meant to write Audreiana!

    • Audreiana says:

Hey Danielle, I just posted a review of their nail polish remover which works perrrfect for removing their nail polishes so definitely check that out. Also, according to Scotch Naturals the longer you use their polish the healthier your nails will get, which means longer wear time. I typically get minor tip wear within 2 to 3 days that sort of sucks but is not really noticeable until you are up close and personal with it. Also using their top and base coat helps a lot with its longevity too. I have been loving their polishes though since the colors are so cute and they’re so easy for me to apply due to their consistency and the ease of removal due to their polish remover is fab! I hope some of this helps. Thanks for your comment :)
